Our FLUOR-O-FLO™ threaded piping system is less expensive than PTFE lined piping systems, and offers traditional, easy-to-use NPT connections.
The system has several application advantages over lined piping systems: it is easier to cut to length and install; it is easier to reuse; and it is available in small pipe sizes.

Our FLUOR-O-FLO XPress™ clamp-joint piping system is well suited for drainline and other low-pressure applications. The system's unique clamp-joint connections result in considerable installation labor savings over threaded or fused systems.
The system includes pipe and fittings that are connected using coupling-clamps that incorporate multiple o-ring seals designed to take advantage of the natural deformation (creep) of PTFE, eliminating the need to retighten joints. PTFE and PVDF Tank Adapters
(Bulkhead Fittings)
Micromold's FLUOR-O-FLO™ tank adapters allow quick, easy connection of our Schedule 80 PTFE threaded pipe system, or any NPT pipe system to any type of tank: plastic, metal, or lined. The fittings can be installed without adapters in either flat wall tanks, or many cylindrical tanks. For small diameter tanks, we can supply custom adapters. PTFE fittings are available with NPT connections.
Fittings are also available in PVDF. The PVDF fittings are available with both NPT and Socket Weld connections.
All fittings are made from natural virgin materials. To maximum creep resistance, our PTFE bulkhead fittings are made from MICROFLON™ low-creep PTFE. Standard fittings are supplied with Teflon FEP encapsulated, hollow core, silicone o-rings. PFA encapsulated, hollow core, silicone o-rings.
